Abstract:
Urinary tract infection an infection that affects the urinary tract. Infection of the upper urinary tract is called pyelonephritis (kidney infection) while infection of lower urinary tract is called the cystitis (bladder infection). Pain with urination and frequent urination are the symptoms of cystitis. While fever and flank pain are the symptoms of pyelonephritis in addition to the symptoms of cystitis.
