Abstract: In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) has been a beacon of hope for millions of couples experiencing infertility, contributing to 1-5% of all births in developed nations. However, the success rate of IVF treatments is still a concern, with many treatments failing. Based on the available scientific literature, this opinion piece emphasizes the importance of implantation rate as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and the critical role of optimized embryo culture conditions in enhancing the success rates of IVF treatments.
