Abstract:
Chronic endothelial damage may be the main underlying cause of aging and death by causing end-organ failures [1]. Much higher blood pressures (BPs) of the afferent vasculature may be the chief accelerating factor by causing recurrent injuries on vascular endothelium. Probably, whole afferent vasculature including capillaries are mainly involved in the destructive process.
