Abstract:
One of the main factors that is capable of undermining the future of any profession is the lack of mentoring. Mentoring is an activity that inspires you to discover your potential and develop selfawareness. So it is important that nurses have more knowledge about mentoring and how it can be used as a tool to develop the next generation of nursing staff.
