Abstract:
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play an important role in maintaining peripheral immune tolerance and preventing autoimmune diseases. However, they are also a major obstacle to effective anti-tumor immunity and immunotherapy, and Treg cells infiltrate in large numbers around tumor tissue, called tumorinfiltrating regulatory T cells (TI-Tregs).
