Abstract:
We present the case of a 16-year-old male, but with a past medical history of anxiety disorder, allergic rhinitis, and bilateral ear epidermal cysts who also presented for Visual Snow Syndrome (VSS). Patient underwent multidisciplinary evaluation and neuroimaging/studies were all normal. He endorsed photophobia. Although he denied tinnitus, his past medical history included recurrent ear cysts that required drainage. He reported that his anxiety was mainly due to social situations.
