Abstract:
This study, entitled “Innovative Approaches in Health Services Management: A Critical Analysis and Future Perspectives†, offers an in-depth assessment of emerging managerial strategies in the health sector. We investigate the historical evolution of these practices, examining success stories and contemporary challenges faced by health service managers. Highlighting the crucial importance of innovation, we explore current technological trends and discuss how these approaches are shaping the future of healthcare management. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of innovative management practices, encouraging critical reflection and providing valuable insights for practitioners, researchers and managers committed to continuously optimising healthcare services.
