Abstract: Clinical practice is one of the most anxious components of nursing education because they have two roles to play: the learner and the worker. Student satisfaction is a complex and multifactorial issue. Research on the topic has shown positive links between student satisfaction and the quality of nursing care, the ward’s pedagogical atmosphere, leadership style, sense of belonging, peer support and level of motivation.
