Abstract:
There has been a drastic change from product-oriented to patient-oriented care in the provision of pharmaceutical care. The relevance of understanding the satisfaction of patients is widely recognized in providing responsive, quality healthcare delivery. Satisfaction, therefore, becomes essential, as selective choices are made by patients themselves and by institutional healthcare providers. Research was conducted in Holy Family Hospital, Techiman, St Patrick Hospital Offense, and St Elizabeth Hospital, Hwidiem all in Ghana.
