Abstract: The features of reflection and transmission of waves through unevenly moving interfaces between moving media are considered. With uniform motion of the interface between the media, a stationary shift in the frequency of the reflected wave is observed for the wave reflected from the interface (Doppler Effect). It has been established that when waves are reflected from a non-uniformly moving interface between media, an additional frequency shift occurs, non-stationary in time.
