Abstract:
Anxiety and Depression are two such mental health disorders. These who attack slowly on body. It leaves its marks both physically and mentally. But both anxiety and depression disorders are different from each other. Anxiety is mostly related about our present on the other hand depression is caused by some trauma or some incident. Mostly both animals and humans face this disorder. Anxiety and depression basically make our mood condition spoil, so the fear, loneliness and sadness etc.
