Abstract:
A 33-year-old white female with a history of an unspecified sei- zure disorder, chronically managed on Lamotrigine, presents to the emergency department with worsening seizure activity and head- aches with double vision, as well as sudden losses of consciousness. Significant vital signs upon admission indicated mild tachycardia, hypertension, as well as an elevated thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level.
