Abstract:
Diet, especially vitamins and micronutrients, may play a major role in mitigating the severity of Covid-19 by preventing and reducing its complications in the general population, with an emphasis on the elderly. Supplements taken through diet, such as zinc and several vitamins, may help prevent coronavirus infections or lessen their severity if they are found.
