Abstract: Amyand’s hernia is a rare condition where the appendix is found within the sac of an inguinal hernia, and it can either be inflamed/perforated or non-inflamed in an irreducible hernia. Left-sided AH is less common than right-sided, and its management is challenging, especially in the pediatric age group.
