Abstract: In this paper it is approached the decision making concept in humans and living organisms, from informational point of view. It is shown that the classical/currently considered Pavlovian, Deliberative and Habit decision making/action-selection systems in mammals can be used as a guidance to show that actually all other living organisms dispose of a similarly structured informational system, defined as the Informational System of Human and Living Structures (ISHLS), so they are decision making structures.
