Abstract: Pneumonia is a significant lower respiratory tract infection that primarily impacts the lungs, posing a height- ened risk to vulnerable populations, particularly children under five years of age. This study aimed to assess the prevalence of pneumonia among children in this age group who visited Fiche Hospital between 2022 and 2024. Utilizing a retrospective approach, the research analyzed secondary data collected from patient records over this three-year period.
