Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the challenges related to lifestyle habits faced by elementary and junior high school students, intending to propose improvements to educational programs. The survey targeted 1,570 students, from first-grade elementary and third-year junior high school students and their 1,539 parents. A self-admin- istered questionnaire assessed the participant’s awareness of their lifestyle habits.
