Abstract: Quantitative research, bibliographic review type. Question structured in PICO format, from which terms were identified and translated into controlled language through DeCS and MeSH as a search strategy, Boleanan operators AND and OR were used, to form search strings free terms were also considered; the sources consulted were PubMed, Science Direct, Journal of Patient Safety and BMC.
