Abstract: The advancement of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies offers promising solutions to chal- lenges in cross-border healthcare systems. Blockchain provides a secure, decentralized, and transparent mech- anism for data sharing, while AI enhances decision-making and operational efficiencies. This research explores the integration of blockchain and AI to improve interoperability, patient care, and data security in cross-border healthcare systems.
