Abstract:
This study analyzes the relationship between innovation in Mexico and three determining factors: patents, R&D expenditure, and human capital. Based on official statistics, the authors identify significant gaps in public research investment and technological development. The findings suggest the need for comprehensive policy strategies to strengthen innovation, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between academia, industry, and government. These elements are essential to foster economic growth and global competitiveness.
