Abstract: This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employees’ quality of life and service quality in the workplace. Using empirical evidence from a university context, the article analyzes how corporate identity, working conditions, and human capital formation contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction and improving service delivery. The results highlight the strategic role of organizational culture in fostering institutional performance.
