Abstract: This article examines sustainable water management in Mexico through the lenses of agroecological innovation and polycentric governance. The authors analyze institutional arrangements and ecological practices that enhance water access, resilience, and participatory decision-making in rural territories. The study contributes to the discussion on inclusive water policies and agroecological sustainability as strategies for long-term environmental and social well-being.
