Abstract: This study analyzes the relationship between work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior among educators in public universities in Zacatecas. Using Spearman correlation, it identifies key dynamics between commitment and civic behavior in academic environments. Results underline the importance of fostering innovation-driven strategies that strengthen institutional sustainability through teacher engagement.
