Abstract:
This study investigates sustainable development through innovations in food security and responsible consumption in marginalized families. It analyzes eating habits, food expenditure, and perception of food access. Results suggest that promoting nutritional education and localized food strategies can improve health and economic outcomes in vulnerable populations, contributing to long-term sustainability and well-being.
