Abstract: We provide the analysis of the practice of rehabilitative bankruptcy procedures in Russia, describe the main causes of the ineffectiveness of such procedures and propose the possible improvements concerning the institutional environment of the rehabilitation proceedings of bankruptcy and monitoring the financial condition of companies.
