Abstract:
Current problems of the antitrust regulation in the insurance industry are regarded. Contradictions and conflict of interest of antitrust authorities and subjects of insurance activities are revealed on the basis of the analysis of the current legislation and existing practice. The necessity of taking into account industry characteristics in the course of formation of antitrust legislation is substantiated.
