ANALOGIES IN THE THEORY OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract:
In the article author analyzes resource and energy metabolism of socio-economic systems and their environment.This resource and energy metabolism is connected with the transformation of internal and external resources and their consumption. Author showed that the provision of resource and energy balance is basic purpose of crisis management this system. It is found that socio-economic systems have a similarity energy metabolism by analogy with biological systems, and economy as a whole will be seen as a kind ecosystem, where there is an urgent task of recusation and recycling waste of development and operation of its various components (firms, companies, organizations). This problem will be solved by different ways, including by bankruptcy institute.Also author considered another way of freeing the economy from the elements, who cease to work effectively - restoration, which also has analogies in biological and technical systems.
