Abstract: The role and place of crisis management has changed a lot for 20 years of the development. The main change is that the crisis management practice has reached macro- mega- and meso-levels of economics. There are characteristics of different kinds of the crisis management applied at different stages of the crisis events development. The tasks of the crisis management, its objects and subjects have been considered, the crisis management subject has been formulated.
