Abstract: Kostroma region is one of the fast-growing regions in Russia. Industrial policy of Kostroma region is aimed at creating highly efficient industrial complex with rational constitution and structure that will be able to provide competitive products, employment of population and stable budget revenues on all levels. Unique cultural heritage of Kostroma region is an essential part of the Russian history, national spiritual values of the country. In 2013, Russia will be celebrating great anniversary, 400 years after the end of the Time of Trouble, election of the first tsar of Romanov dynasty and renewal of Russian national identity. Romanov festival is carried on in Kostroma annualy.
