Abstract:
General approaches and methodological aspects of the efficiency evaluation system of the public programs implementation in one-company towns are grounded here. Based on the developed principles we can develop a system of factors which will take into account the programs specific character, their purposes and tasks, and will improve the efficiency of their implementation control process.
