Abstract: The article analyses problems of self-regulating organizations of insolvency officers’ and insolvency officers’ activities on the current stage of economic growth. Suggestions on creating complex legal system as an innovative mechanism of increasing efficiency of self-regulating organizations of insolvency officers’ and their members’ activities are made.
