Abstract: Currently, the crisis management felt the need to develop a methodology for analyzing the financial condition of persons who are not a standard financial statements. The paper was developed this technique and gives examples of its application. The technique can be used to analyze the financial condition of citizens in respect of which the action is pending bankruptcy.
