Abstract:
Preparation of a carefully developed, adapted to current conditions, i. e. viable commercialization strategy (CS) of domestic technology startups is a key prerequisite for their successful implementation. The article presents the structural composition (elements, their content and correlation) of the CS and its methodological foundations in the context of external economic constraints (EEC). The essence of the problem of implementing the CS in the context of EEC is defined, the theoretical foundations for the content of the CS concepts and the construction of the structure of their functioning are revealed. A brief description of the main entities of the state segment of the modern innovation ecosystem of the Republic of Belarus is given with the definition of their potential for the implementation of the CS under EEC. The commercialization strategy is studied using the example of a real technology startup “Development of the AutoDominoes hardware and software complex to minimize the consequences of cascade-type car accidents†from the idea stage to the state of a real economic asset
