The principles of the formation of personnel academic strategies in Belarus

Abstract: The article presents the results of a scientific study of the current state of the motivational component of academic workers in the Republic of Belarus. The trends of academic behavior of the faculty of Belarusian universities are determined. The factors affecting the academic motivation of teachers are identified. The analysis and evaluation of academic strategies for the development of universities in the socio-economic conditions of Belarus is presented, the characteristics of the factors and principles affecting the formation of personnel strategies are given.
