Abstract: During the 25 years of holding the international scientific conference "The issues of managing the complex systems safety", a great theoretical and practical experience of researching those issues has been accumulated. The conference, initially aimed at solving the matters of a narrowly specialized field, has become a platform for discussing a wide range of issues related to security management in various fields, from socio-economic, technical, and interdisciplinary areas to various aspects of security in the humanitarian field.Â
