Promotion analysis of the universities on social networks

Abstract: Currently, the promotion of universities and their services through social networks is becoming increasingly popular and significant. The article discusses how Russian and foreign universities promote themselves on social networks, using the examples of the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) and Yale University in the USA. The analysis showed that modern universities need to more actively interact with the audience on social networks, studying its tastes and preferences, determining the most effective approaches to building a communication policy of the university.
