Role of the professional and educational standards in the implementation of the national project “Digital economyâ€

Abstract:
An implementation of the National project “Digital economy†will inevitably change the demand structure in the labor market, where not only some traditional professions will be replaced by new ones, but other traditional professions will also be transformed, accordingly, there will be a need to introduce new professional standards and to substantially adjust those standards that currently exist. All that already now puts forward new requirements not only for the standards of the professional and higher education, but also for educational standards in general, since there is a need for graduates of educational organizations that are part of the vocational education system to acquire new professional competencies, which in principle, is obvious, but also new universal competencies, which are formed at all levels of education, and which are necessary for professional activities in the digital economy. Those competencies, which are becoming universal in nature in the context of the digital economy, include the society-wide, communicative, informational, entrepreneurial.
