Abstract:
The rapid development of supportive reproductive technologies has led to the fact that Russian legislation found itself in the position of the one “catching up†and does not ensure their proper legal regulation. That leads to the fact that the rights of subjects of emerging legal relations are often violated. This article discusses the issue of possible violation of the rights of a child born under the surrogacy program, and suggests ways to protect them.
