Abstract: This article considers the integration strategy as one of the effective tools for the development of business structures. The main purpose of the integration strategy is the formation of long-term and mutually beneficial relationships that take into account the strategic interests of all participants in the interaction. The purpose of the study is to develop a set of managerial influences and analytical work that arise at various stages of the integration strategy, allowing for the development of entrepreneurial structures in the future. The author studies illustrative cases of integration strategies between business structures in Russian and international practice. She also systematizes the stages of the formation of an integration strategy between business entities, and conducts a descriptive analysis of them. Based on the results of the established sequence, a set of analytical work and management actions is proposed, carried out at the stages of the integration strategy in order to develop business structures. The conclusion is made about the important role of a well-established mechanism of interaction between the management teams of all participants while observing the principles of the general concept of interaction.
