Technologies of artificial intelligence in the context of application in HR management system

Abstract: The propounded article considers stages of the evolutionary transformations in the development of the Industry 4.0 technologies, which determined a paradigmatic transition to a post-industrial society and radically contribute to the transformation of modern activity practices in management sphere. A natural result of using high-tech technologies has been the implementation of intelligent systems in almost all areas of management, including human resource management. The presented study goes into various aspects of the use of artificial intelligence technologies, which introduction has become a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of HR. The results of research show that digital transformations have led to the formation of digital HR management concept, which is based on the automation of basic documentation procedures, the organization of a new format of communication space, which tools are chat-bots and conversational agents. The wide analysis of digital transformations processes in business practices allowed to identify the areas of effective using the chat-bot technology and situations in which such technologies act as organizational, social and psychological disruptors that level real interpersonal communications.
