Abstract:
The article considers the strategic aspects of the organization’s development to retain highly qualified specialists. The difficult geopolitical situation in our country determines the formation of innovative approaches to talent management in a sovereign economy. Declining productivity and conditions of uncertainty push company managers to seek new business models for operational efficiency in their organization. A sovereign economy is based on competent and independent human resources, their well-being and satisfaction of personal needs. Staffing is an important aspect that affects the sustainability, efficiency and effectiveness of an organizational system at any stage of its life. Talent management allows retaining the best employees, which increases the competitiveness of the organization in market conditions. The specifics of talents, their needs and requirements, the changing conditions of socio-economic development, the digitalization of the economy, and the progress of innovative technologies make the company’s management think about reassessing the conditions within the company. The outstanding knowledge of talented personnel requires a management system focused on the subjectivity of personnel and its inclusion in the goals of the organization. The author of the article proposes innovative approaches to talent management in a sovereign social economy. A comprehensive mechanism for the strategic successful development of an organization depends on many factors, so the task of management is to adapt its development strategies to current conditions and support a strong team.
