L. N. Korshunova ()

RSUH/RGGU BULLETIN. Series Economics. Management. Law, 2026, issue 2

Abstract: The article explores opportunities to enhance the efficiency of industrial production by implementing the principles of the “green†economy, using the food industry enterprise LLC “Ermann†as a case study. The study identifies the main directions for the development of the green economy and key challenges in adopting its principles in the industrial sector. An analysis of the company’s current state and its experience in applying green economy principles revealed several issues, such as low energy efficiency, underutilized production capacity, and the lack of a systematic approach to waste management. Considering the identified potential and a conducted SWOT analysis, the study proposes measures for production modernization, energy management implementation, and the development of staff social responsibility. The evaluation of expected effectiveness demonstrates that implementing these measures will reduce energy costs, decrease CO₂ emissions, and improve the company’s profitability.
