RSUH/RGGU BULLETIN. Series Economics. Management. Law, 2026, issue 2

Abstract: Â In this study, the authors made an attempt to assess the possibilities of financial culture as a driver of the development of creative industries in urban space through the prism of the characteristics of financial culture and structural elements of creative industries. Using a coefficient approach, dynamic assessment methods, factor analysis, and integral indices, researchers studied urban space as an environment for the development of the creative economy, taking into account the financial knowledge of the population. The novelty of the work consists in assessing the degree of influence of financial literacy of the population of the Russian Federation on the dynamics of the number of entrepreneurial elements employed in the creative industry. The information obtained in the course of the work will allow not only to assess the current state, but also to develop strategies to enhance the synergy between financial culture and creative sectors of the economy in the urban space.
