Abstract:
This article presents social stability of society as a main priority for reforming the economy. A disbalance of essential tie between such categories as “stability†and “development†makes an overcoming process of crisis phenomena more difficult. An economic grouth could provide a new approach to the system of strategic planning, that will be transformed in an effectual not declarative instrument.
