Emergency management in regional systems by situation analysis methods

Abstract: The article considers possibilities of the situation analysis for security management in regional systems. A hierarchy of concepts,the verbal and formal setting of the vulnerability analysis tasks in conditions of the propagation of disturbances in the implementation of the threats, as well as the classification of situations are proposed. The method of control based on the prediction of critical and emergency situations on the graph model is proposed too, computational algorithms for the implementation of the above method are developed.
