Anatomy of Banking Crises in Globalizing Economies

Abstract: Uncontrollable growth in financial sector has triggered by de- velopments in globalization and information technology in recent years, caused the crisis that influenced overall world. The crises in the banking sector, which is the connection between financial mar- ket and real sector has important role in securing financial stability, have naturally affected the real sector deeply. Lately the downtrend in the real sector has affected investments of the companies and alteration of financial crises into economic crises has caused slow- down in economic growth both of which have negative effects on financial sector.
