Abstract:
In this study, we examine banks optimal policy in the auction of the pledged asset sales by enforcement office for bad debt collection. First, banks return in the related process is modeled. Pledged asset appraised value, auction result and sale value of purchased asset are assumed to be random, and the rest are considered to be deterministic variable. Banks bidding price limit is taken as the decicison variable. Finally, banks optimum bidding limit maximizing banks return is determined.
