Abstract:
Motivation is defined as a kind of power which is affected individuals’ behaviours of humans and oriented them to the certa¬in behaviours. The organizational commitment on the other side means acting according to the aims of institution. The main objec¬tive of this study is try to explain how effected motivation to the organizational commitment. A model has been proposed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with datum of survey-study that is prepared with 5s Likert Scale. According to the results of analyses they confirmed that extrinsic motivation has a positive influence on sub-factors of the organizational commitment, in contrast to intrinsic motivation has a negative influence on organizational commitment’s sub-factors.
