Abstract:
Investor confidence and equality of opportunity” that is the basic element for the development of the capital market should be given to ensure the transparency quality of market regulation. In the capital markets law, Information market abuse and insider dealing lead to damage of the capital market “confidence”. The purpose of this paper is to investigate of market abuse and insider dealing in the new Capital Market Law No. 6362.
