Research on Measurement of Service Quality Perceptions of Participation Banks’ Customers

Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to measure banking service quality perceptions of participation bank customers. In this context; a survey was conducted with the participation of 399 people selected from the customers of the participation banks residing in Istanbul province by easy sampling method and the differences between the participants’ perceptions about participation banking service quality were examined. The results of the study show that there is a significant difference between the participants’ perceptions of general banking service quality related to participation banking among all variable groups except gender variable.
